ECONOMIES OF SCALE
Economies of scale are the advantages that can happen as a result of increasing business' size.
There are two types of economies of scale :
Internal economies of scale . These are borne from within the domestic company. It happens when company can cut off its cost to make its firm different in aspect of pricing .
These arises by lowering their costs, raising production level,have patent right.
External economies of scale are borne from the external factors . It thus means no one company can control costs on its own.
These arises when there is availability of high skilled labour, subsidies,taxes,joint ventures .
